Hi, I'm Michal Wallace. I'm 25 years old. I live in Roswell, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. This is my website.

I'm the founder of a little company called Sabren Enterprises, Inc. Our mission is to put great tools in the hands of independent website developers. To that end, we offer some of the best web hosting plans in the universe (at cornerhost). We also run a service called linkwatcher, which monitors blogs and other indy sites for changes.

I spend a LOT of time programming. My favorite language is python, and I now try to base all my sites on the open source architecture I've created. That architecture is called sixthday, and I've got a whole site about it over at sixthdev.com.

I've always liked to write, which is why I keep this website. Right now, I'm working on an educational novel. It's about two kids who use their computer to take on the stock market. (Maybe I'll post a link to the work in progress by the time you read this. Who knows?)

Lately, I've been setting and updating three month goals every month. Right now my "big" goals are getting in shape, finishing my novel, and growing my company. One of my long term goals is to build a website that can help me and other people set, track, and share their goals.

I'm don't really consider myself a spiritual person. I don't presume to know who's running the universe (if anyone) and generally shy away from religion. But I do think it's important to live by certain principles. I try to read my mission statement at least once a day.

I never finished college, but I love learning. I read a lot of books - sometimes one or two a day.

Finally, I became something of a recluse while building my business, and I'm trying to correct that now. I hang out at the Atlanta XP Users Group each month, and am trying to start an Atlanta Socrates Cafe Group.

That's about all I have to say about myself right now. :)
