Why is it easier to understand someone else's problems than our own?

simplified learning: the night sky

Here is an interesting stargazing lesson. It uses an approach the author calls "simplified learning", which is very similar to the pimsleur method, which I loosely applied for that lojban lesson I wrote.

I really like learning this way. It's completely different from memorization. It's the way people really learn. It's also a great way to program - the feel is very similar to test-first programming.

Anyway, this particular lesson teaches how to find orion, the big dipper, polaris, and cassiopea in the night sky, and how to find North by the stars. Really cool.
