sick
I got home monday night. Yesterday I spent the day blowing my nose and playing video games. I hadn't used my playstation in months, but
it was all I had energy for yesterday.
I'm not really surprised that I got sick. I noticed a lot of old, crappy habits sneaking back in during my trip home. I went running or walking just about every day while I was there, but my diet sucked.
Especially on and after Thanksgiving.
Other than my brother, everyone I spent time with down there was also sick, but I don't think germs are sufficient cause for getting sick.
If I had kept up the habits I use here in Atlanta, I don't think I would have gotten sick at all.
Yesterday I ate an entire large pizza. The day before, I stopped on my cross country drive to eat hamburgers, cookies, yogurt, a chicken sandwich, and other nasty food. I just got sicker. Today I woke up barely able to breathe. Since this morning, I've taken nothing but fresh tangerine juice. Now I'm breathing clearly and feeling a whole lot better. If I had any sense in my head I would have just done that to begin with.
